PCP

Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs)are programmes aimed at Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) who would like to take the opportunity to progress or switch over to new career paths or industries.

This requires a participating employer to hire you as a prerequisite for the training programme to commence. You will also be assigned work attachments through industry partners from growth sectors with relevant job prospects.

Eligibility:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• 21 years old and above
• Graduated or Completed National Service for at least 2 years
